Owens Solicitors was set up in June 2007 by Yomi Oni-Williams, we are a dynamic small firm and we are committed to providing legal services tailored to meet our individual client’s needs. Our strength and reputation has allowed Yomi and her team to build a highly trusted firm of solicitors based in Luton, Bedfordshire.
We provide specialist services in the areas of Family, Immigration, Wills and Probate.
Our values are focused on delivering the high standard legal services combined with a forward thinking attitude to the way we conduct our business.
We understand that every client has different needs and so we take seriously the importance of building strong professional relationships by working closely with our clients to provide the best possible and realistic solutions to their individual requirement. We always try to see if agreement can be reached between the parties, through alternative dispute resolution route in order to avoid the cost and uncertainty of going to court. However, where this is not an option, we work hard to obtain fair solution as quickly as possible for our clients in a firm but non-confrontational approach.
We pride ourselves in developing partnership of honesty, trust and openness with all our clients, being knowledgeable, objective and passionate about our work.
We are a Lexcel Accredited practice, a quality mark, awarded by the Law Society, to solicitors who meet the highest management and client care standards and we are very proud to have attained this high level of achievement.
We recognise our responsibility to our local community and we are proud to commit some of our resources to provide free initial legal advice to individuals in our community and surrounding areas. We offer initial free advice in the conference room on the 3rd floor at the Luton Central Library, St George’s Square, Luton twice a month on Fridays from 1.00pm -3.00pm on a first come first served basis. Our contributions in the local community was recognised by the outstanding contributions award 2019 by the Hertfordshire Law Society.
