Owens Solicitors is a specialist Immigration and Family Law practice established in June 2007 in the town of Luton, Bedfordshire. We are a Lexcel Accredited practice, a quality mark, awarded by the Law Society, to solicitors who meet the highest management and client care standards and we are very proud to have attained this high level of achievement.
We are a new generation small law firm committed to the provision of outstanding legal services. We offer a unique and exciting approach to areas of legal services that we provide.
Our values are focused on delivering the highest standards of legal services combined with a forward thinking attitude to the way we conduct our business.
We recognise the uncertainty which occurs around family dispute and the need to enable our clients to understand their legal options and plan for the future.
We understand that every client has different needs and so we take seriously the importance of building strong legal relationships by working closely with our clients to provide the best possible and realistic solutions for their individual requirement. We always try to see if agreement can be reached between the parties, through alternative dispute resolution route in order to avoid the cost and uncertainty of going to court. However, where this is not an option, we work hard to obtain fair solution as quickly as possible for our clients in a firm but non-confrontational approach.
We pride ourselves in developing partnership of honesty, trust and openness with all our clients, being knowledgeable, passionate and inspirational about our suite of quality standards. We work with integrity, being objective and thorough at all times.
