If you are settled in the United Kingdom or a British Citizen and your fiancé is living abroad, your partner can apply for a fiancé visa which will allow them to come to the United Kingdom for six months to order for a marriage to take place.

To apply as a partner, you and your partner must be both eighteen years or over.

How long does a fiancé visa take?
The UK fiancé processing time is around 2-3 months. If you were to purchase the priority service, you may get your application back within six weeks but there is no guarantee that you will receive a decision within that time period.
