OBTAINING A UK WORK PERMIT UNDER THE NEW POINTS-BASED SYSTEM
If you are from the EU or non-EU country and you wish to come to the UK to work from 1 January 2021, you will have to apply for a work permit under the new UK points-based system. The new points-based system will cater for skilled migrant workers. There are also short term work permit provisions for scientists, graduates, and those in the agricultural sector.
EMPLOYING WORKERS FROM THE EU & NON-EU AFTER 1ST JANUARY 2021
From 1 January 2021, free movement of people will end which means; The UK will introduce a points-based immigration system. Inevitably, more employers are going to need to apply for a sponsor licence if they want to maintain staffing levels. Employers will need a licence fast if they are to be ready to employ EU nationals arriving from January 2021.

We recognise the responsibilities of businesses to their local communities and in particular the need for free independent legal advice in our local community. We are therefore proud to commit resources to provide free initial consultations in all our practice areas to individuals in our community and surrounding areas. 

We provide initial consultation in the conference room on the 3rd floor at the Luton Central Library, St George’s Square, Luton twice a month on Fridays from 1.00 pm -3.00 pm. on a first come first served basis on the dates listed below:

We do not offer free consultation. However, we work with our local citizens advice where we provide initial free advice. The appointment is booked via Luton and Dunstable Citizens Advice. The advice is done remotely over the telephone.

No there is no parking at our office however there are multiple public car parks close by to the office.

An appointment is necessary before attending our office.

We require to see you ID if you have consultation appointment with us whether in person or remotely.
