Our Immigration Law Fees

We set out below the relevant average ranges for our fixed fees and disbursements where applicable. The exact fee will depend on the facts of each individual matter and we will give you a more accurate fee once we have spoken to you and have the relevant details of your circumstances. VAT at 20% will be added to our fee where we provide a service to you in the UK.

Our fixed fees typically include:

taking your instructions;
understanding your circumstances, priorities and immigration goals;
assessing the routes available and developing a tailored strategic plan;
providing you with detailed written advice on the criteria, evidence and procedure requirements for your application, including where appropriate, liaising with relevant parties to obtain suitable documentation
preparing the relevant application form;
reviewing all supporting documentation;
providing written supporting legal representations to be submitted with your application;
liaising with the Home Office as required with regard to the application; and
providing you with further detailed written advice on the next steps once the application has been decided.
The timescale for immigration varies and depends on complexity of the case. A minimum of 6 months is advised in most cases to receive a decision on application.

EU Nationals

APPLICATION:

Applications on behalf of EU nationals and their family members (including, family permits and pre-settled and settled status)

From £750 – £1500

Courier or special postage costs
Biometric enrolment fee for non-EEA national

UK Entry

APPLICATION:

Applications for entry clearance/leave to remain as a spouse/civil partner/unmarried partner/fiancé(e)/proposed civil partner/dependent child

Indefinite Leave to Remain

Family Leave to Remain

APPLICATION:
